 Our Form of Worship

United believes, teaches and confesses that in Jesus Christ alone is their salvation:  by grace alone, through faith alone, on the basis of Scripture alone.

We come to Christ as we are.  Everyone is welcome to come and share a blended worship style, highlighted by uplifting music praising our Lord! Our service begins with Pre-Service Praise, followed by Divine Worship -- our response to God's Word -- all scripturally based.  

The Worship service is defined as “Divine Worship,” based on the Lutheran tradition established by Martin Luther.  This worship reflects giving back to God what He has first given us through His Holy Word.  The Liturgy (order of service) of our worship is based upon God’s Word, not man’s emotion; therefore, its components can readily be identified in Holy Scripture.  Each worship service is preceded by Pre-Service Praise, and will include Confession and Absolution, Holy Scripture, Message of the Word, and Prayer.
